Job description:

At Bear Creek Golf Club, we work well as a team to provide the best experience for our members and guests. Take a stroll through the tall pines and winding doglegs of Bear Creek Golf Club’s Par 72 Championship Course designed by Rees Jones. After a round, golfers enjoy our newly renovated Bear Trap Bar & Grille. Bear Creek is an all inclusive golf course. This means with most golfers rounds Lunch and a draft beer or fountain soda is included in the round. On busy days servers will see 100-200 people. The ideal candidate has experience serving and can handle high volume in a short amount of time.

Responsibilities:

• Take and serve orders
• Efficent and friendly customer service
• Have a positive attitude at all times
• Correctly issue bills and take payments properly

Qualifications:

- Job Requirment: Must be 21 years of age or older. Has to have Alcohol Server Training Certificate. Server / beverage cart attendant is responsible for making and serving the beer and spirits to the guests.

• Communicate in a positive and confident manner

• Ability to listen and speak well
• Proven restaurant serving or bartending experience
• Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. POS
