We are a growing trauma-informed private practice seeking pre- licensed and licensed therapists to join our team as a W-2 employee.

Responsibilities


 

  • Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents
  • Maintain timely and ethical documentation
  • Collaborate professionally within a supportive team environment


 


 

Qualifications


 

  • Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), or MA pre-licensed clinicians
  • Experience working with adults and/or adolescents
  • Trauma-informed orientation
  • EMDR, IFS, CBT, psychodynamic, or integrative approaches welcomed
  • Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries

Compensation

$45-$55 per session
For our practice, approximately 25–28 sessions per week is considered a full and sustainable caseload. We prioritize clinician well-being and do not encourage burnout-level scheduling.
