The Director of  Hair Society Palm Beach is responsible for leading the daily operations, guest experience, team culture, and overall brand execution of our luxury salon environment. This role is designed for a polished, high-level leader who thrives in hospitality, beauty, and elevated client service. The Director acts as the face of the salon — ensuring every detail reflects the Hair Society standard of excellence, refinement, and modern luxury.

Key responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house operations, managing scheduling and team performance, maintaining exceptional guest relations, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring the salon atmosphere remains seamless, elevated, and highly personalized. The Director will work closely with ownership to cultivate a strong team culture, drive retention, uphold operational systems, and help continue positioning Hair Society Palm Beach as one of West Palm Beach’s premier luxury salon destinations.  

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, leadership experience, and a natural understanding of luxury clientele and hospitality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, visually polished, and capable of leading with both professionalism and warmth in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and guest experience
• Lead and support front desk coordination and scheduling flow
• Maintain elevated luxury hospitality standards throughout the salon
• Assist with team management, accountability, onboarding, and culture
• Support hiring initiatives and staff development
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
• Ensure operational systems and salon presentation remain seamless
• Help coordinate social media presence and brand consistency
• Collaborate on growth initiatives, events, partnerships, and marketing
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with high-profile clientele

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in luxury hospitality, beauty, wellness, or a high-end service environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional, polished personal presentation
• Experience with salon software and scheduling systems preferred
• Social media and luxury branding awareness is a plus
• Flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends
