Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
Assist in home-made syrup preparation and food handling to ensure safety and quality standards.
Operate toast POS systems efficiently for orders, payments, and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, café space, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
Support the team by restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and assisting with food service as needed
Qualifications
Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly desirable
Experience working as a bartender in service environments preferred
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving best practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
