About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Interns to join our growing AI workforce company. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in B2B sales, startup networking, lead generation, and AI-driven business solutions.
As a Business Development & Sales Intern, you will help generate leads, connect with potential clients, build strategic partnerships, and support the company’s sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Learn and implement lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and business directories
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces
- Connect with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain AI workforce solutions and services
- Conduct follow-up calls and virtual meetings with prospects
- Maintain daily reports for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach quality and conversion rates
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets professionally and consistently
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and networking
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social media communication
- Basic understanding of ChatGPT and AI tools preferred
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
