Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated barista who works well both independently and as part of a team. Applicants must have previous barista experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude are extremely important.

Shift Available:
Monday through Friday
12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
No nights • No weekends • No holidays

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare coffee drinks, espresso beverages, smoothies, and specialty drinks
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Work quickly and efficiently during rush periods
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock inventory and assist with daily cleaning duties
• Work independently when needed while also supporting team members
• Maintain professionalism and reliability at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous barista experience REQUIRED
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must be hardworking, fast, and efficient
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Basic math and cash handling skills required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Must be customer service oriented
• Food handler card preferred
