Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer/Helper to join our dynamic landscapping and contractor team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth operations on-site. Your energy and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of projects, from lawn care help to construction help. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscapping and construction industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Assist with general lawn care and construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, setup of work areas, lawn mowing string trimming and leaf blowing.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as landscape contractors or Handymen with their specific tasks
• Operate hand tools and power tools and equipment safely under supervision to aid in lawn care maintenance, gutter cleaning, painting, or other trades

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in land scapping or construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn and addapt is essential and well appreciated.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic lawn care construction equipment
• Steel toe boots
• Basic understanding of push mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, impact drills, tape measure,
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
