The Role

This unique leadership position balances active classroom teaching (ages 8 weeks to 3 years) with instructional oversight. You won't just be teaching; you’ll be mentoring staff, ensuring our curriculum remains developmentally appropriate, and guiding your team through performance assessments.

• Pay Range: $25–$32/hour (starting, based on ECE units & experience)
• Schedule: Full-time ( 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ) Based on center needs.
• Location: 14969 Los Gatos Almaden Rd., Los Gatos, CA 95032

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A minimum of 12 semester (or 18 quarter) units in ECE, including Child Family Community, Child Growth and Development, and 2 Program/Curriculum courses Including Infant Toddler coursework. (AA/AS/BA in Child Development preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in early childhood education. Including Infant Toddler.
• Skills: Exceptional English communication (written/verbal) is a must for coordinating with staff and families.
• Qualities: You are dependable, flexible, and a positive team player who truly loves working with little ones!
