Pacific Coast Construction & Waterproofing, Inc. provides General Contracting and Project Management services throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. Our projects range from tenant improvements to ground-up new construction. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Foreman to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable professional to work alongside our Superintendents in maintaining a productive, organized, and safe job site environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple phases of interior construction and the ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

This position is Monday through Friday, with compensation based on experience.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have experience in some, or all, of the following areas:

• Carpentry
• Cabinet installation and finish work
• Drywall
• Flooring
• Basic plumbing & electrical knowledge
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work independently
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (preferred)

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required (truck preferred)
• Own power tools (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
