NoDrought Irrigation, Lighting & Landscaping is hiring motivated high school and college students home for the summer. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with irrigation installation, landscaping, sod, mulch, drainage, lighting, and general job site work. Great opportunity to learn valuable skills, work with a professional team, and earn overtime pay throughout the summer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with irrigation and landscape installations
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow directions and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry materials
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Willingness to work outdoors and learn new skills

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday | 7AM–4PM
• Saturdays available for overtime
• $18–22/hr depending on experience
• Paid overtime opportunities available
