SWAN Pool Management is hiring lifeguards for the upcoming pool season. This is a great summer job for anyone who enjoys working outdoors while helping keep our pools safe and enjoyable.

This position is a great opportunity to gain responsibility and leadership experience while working as part of a professional team.

Positions are available at multiple pool locations, and guards are typically assigned to one primary pool for the season.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activity and ensure swimmer safety
• Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies
• Maintain a clean and organized pool deck
• Provide friendly service to residents and guests

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain before the season)
• CPR/AED & First Aid certification
• Reliable and able to work outdoors
