We are looking to expand with Sales/Marketing Associates (“IMAs”) who share our vitality and passion. We’re looking for motivated, driven and take-charge professionals to join our QL FIT sales team. You’ll have uncapped earning potential, a self-defined work schedule and creative opportunities to kick start a new career while building a valuable and sellable business through your “Member Ecosystem”. Our IMAs have a very clear and realistic path to a robust six-figure income in the first year. Our IMAs are the heart and drivers of growth in our Community. You’ll have access to our AI sales/marketing tools and regional managers who’ll guide and support your personal and professional growth to help you achieve your financial and personal goals. What You’ll Do • Quickly develop relationships with new prospective customers (members). • Self-generate new sales opportunities by cultivating referral opportunities from new and existing customers. • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. • Be the primary connection between the customers and the company. • Maintain contact lists and follow-up with customers to continue and expand relationships. • Emphasize the features of the QL Fit programs to highlight how they solve customer problems. • Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends. • Recognize and track (CRM database) missed sales to understand objections and develop turnaround strategies
Compensation • Base Compensation (US$50,000) Plus Performance Commission • Self-Defined time commitment • At Optimum Member Ecosystem (1,500 Direct Members), US$350,000 year one. • Annual recurring compensation, at Optimum Member Ecosystem, US$251,000 • “Member Ecosystem” Asset Valuation (Market Driven) and sellable (your own business Asset).
