StageSync Flyer Distribution Instructions You will be helping promote StageSync, a new live music booking marketplace that just launched. 

Goal: Hand out flyers and promo cards to musicians, venues, music fans, restaurants, bars, event spaces, coffee shops, music stores, rehearsal studios, and community bulletin boards. 

Step-by-step instructions: 

1. Arrive on time and check in with the assigned contact if one is listed. 

2. Dress clean, casual, and professional. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. 

3. Pick up flyers/promo cards before starting, or confirm you received them from the StageSync contact. 

4. Visit recommended locations in your assigned area plus any you feel would do well. 

5. Politely ask permission before placing flyers inside any business. 

6. Place flyers only on approved bulletin boards, counters, windows, or designated advertising areas. 

7. Do not tape flyers to private property, vehicles, street signs, poles, mailboxes, or any restricted areas. 

8. Hand promo cards directly to people who may be interested, especially musicians, DJs, venue staff, event planners, and people attending live music events. 

9. Use this short script when speaking with people: “Stage Sync just launched, it’s a new platform that makes it so anyone can now hire live performances. Musicians will have more paid gigs, and the world will have more Live Music. You can check it out at Stage-S------------.”

10. Be friendly, respectful, and never pressure anyone. 

11. Take clear photos showing where flyers were placed and areas covered. 

12. When finished, come back to your StageSync contact at the original meet up spot. There may be more paid work, and other opportunities depending on performance and how much you enjoy it. Talkin about Live Music is fun! And this is designed to help everyone connect. 

Important: Do not block sidewalks, entrances, traffic, or business operations. Always follow local rules and business requests.
