Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee and optimize our warehouse inventory and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing stock, conducting regular counts, and handling basic shipping and receiving tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency. You will act as the inventory gate-keeper for R&D and production, meaning all inventory requests in and out will run through you.

Duties

  • Inventory Cycle counts: Count and record the inventory for our fiscal year end audit
  • Stock Organization: Ensure all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible and organized in shelves
  • Documentation: Manage records of inventory movements while encountering during the counting process

To succeed in this job, you will need:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify parts if misplaced and put back in the bins
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively for the issues encountered
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 kg.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: University student or a fresh graduate willing to work for one month.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-Paced Manufacturing: The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with frequent interactions with production teams.
  • Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced setting.
