Do you want to work with kids? Interested in fields like education, speech, OT, PT, or psychology? Are you ready to make a difference in the life of a child with autism? If so, ABA might be for you!
Cross River Therapy provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services throughout the state of New Mexico. We're looking for part-time or full-time behavior technicians or registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to help us expand our reach in Santa Fe so that we can help more kids and their families.
Cross River Therapy offers very competitive pay and generous bonuses. You can choose the hours you want to work and the locations where you wish to provide services. Typical work hours are approximately 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but vary based on client need and staff availability. (No weekends!)
We are an established ABA company in New Mexico, including two clinics in Albuquerque and one in Los Lunas, and have been offering home, school, and community ABA services in Santa Fe since 2022. We have two supervising board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) who live in Santa Fe and provide support and case supervision in-person, rather than remotely. We are committed to the professional growth and satisfaction of our staff and constantly strive to listen to and respond to the needs of our employees.
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services for families with children with autism in the Santa Fe area.
Behavior technicians and RBTs work one-on-one with kids with autism and related disorders, and implement individualized behavioral intervention programs to teach skills that will lead to increased independence, autonomy, and happiness. Treatment programs are designed and supervised by BCBAs, so you will have in-person support from a supervisor who lives in Santa Fe, rather than from a remote supervisor.

Hire date: Spring 2026
Schedule: Schedules vary based on client need. Please ask if you would like more information about how ABA scheduling works, as it is tough to explain in writing for people who are totally unfamiliar with the field! Typical work hours are approximately 8:00/9:00 am-5:00/6:00 pm Monday through Friday, but vary based on client need and staff availability. School cases often start at 8:00 am and end earlier in the day, whereas home cases often start later and run until more like 6:00 pm.
Pay & benefits: Depends on experience; $23 to $29. Previous experience working with children or people with disabilities is helpful and will be considered when determining your pay rate. We provide health, dental, and vision insurance for staff who work over 30 hours/week; we also offer paid sick and vacation leave, as well as professional development hours.
Application process: First, we review everyone's applications as they come in. Then, we schedule phone
calls with the people who look good on paper. After that, we follow up with Zoom interviews for everybody
whose phone calls go well. And finally, we'll make hiring decisions promptly and let people know the good (or
bad) news as soon as we can.
