Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Moving Crew Lead and Driver to join our dynamic moving team. Duties

• Lead a team of movers to execute safe and efficient packing, loading, and unloading of household or commercial items
• Coordinate daily moving schedules and route driving plans to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
• Operate various vehicles including box trucks and drivers’ vehicles with manual transmissions, adhering to all safety protocols
• Load and unload items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while maintaining proper safety procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the move
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management related to moving supplies and equipment
• Maintain vehicle safety checks, perform routine maintenance inspections on trucks and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old with 2 years minimum driving experience
• Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with route driving familiarity
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Prior warehouse experience or involvement in heavy lifting tasks preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions required
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment safely (certifications are a plus)
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, loading/unloading cargo, and moving items over extended periods
• Demonstrated leadership skills or previous supervisory experience in a moving or warehouse setting is highly desirable
