Job Overview
We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners book free in-home assessments for attic insulation and mold remediation services.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain sales experience, develop
communication skills, and grow into higher-level roles. No prior sales experience is
required- we provide full training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
● Go door-to-door in assigned residential areas
● Speak with homeowners and book free assessments
● Clearly explain the purpose of the assessment (no selling at the door)
● Work alongside experienced team members during training and shadowing

Training & Support
● Product knowledge training
● Field training and shadowing with experienced reps
● Transportation provided during the workday
● Ongoing coaching and performance support

Compensation
● Performance-based compensation with weekly pay
● Average weekly earnings after initial training typically range from $900–$1,400
