Overview

We are a warm, organized family with two young children (ages 2 and 5) looking for a dependable, engaging full-time nanny.

This is a straightforward, long-term role for someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids, values consistency, and takes pride in creating a positive, structured day.

What a Great Day Looks Like

• Kids are active, engaged, and spending time outside the home
• A balance of play, creativity, and simple structure
• Calm, consistent routines throughout the day
• A caregiver who is present, attentive, and dependable

ResponsibilitiesChildcare (Primary Focus)

• Care for two children (ages 2 and 4)
• Plan simple, engaging daily activities:
  • Outdoor play, parks, library, pool
  • Arts, crafts, and hands-on play
• Encourage a mix of structured and free play
• Limit screen time to ~1 hour/day
• Maintain a safe, positive environment

Light Household Support

• Children’s laundry (1x per week)
• Prepare simple meals 2x per week
• Tidy up after daily activities (kids’ spaces, meals, etc.)

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Occasional evening or weekend hours (as needed)

Requirements

• 2+ years of childcare or nanny experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable driving children to activities
• Non-smoker
• Willing to complete a background check
