The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a critical dual role supporting both raw milk intake and outbound shipping operations. This position is evenly split between receiving and managing incoming donor human milk and preparing pasteurized milk for shipment to hospitals and families.
Key Details:
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime
- Work hours are based on operational needs
- Periodic weekend support required

What You’ll Do
Raw Milk Intake & Inventory Support
- Receive and process donor milk shipments and in-person drop-offs
- Label, log, and store donor milk according to SOPs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organized freezer storage
- Complete intake documentation accurately and promptly
- Keep intake and storage areas clean, sanitized, and organized
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols
Shipping & Distribution Support
- Prepare and pack pasteurized donor milk for shipment
- Assemble shipping containers with temperature control materials (e.g., dry ice, coolers)
- Create and print FedEx shipping labels for outgoing shipments
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain organization of shipping supplies and inventory
- Assist with unpacking, sorting, and organizing supplies
What You Bring
- High school diploma required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOP procedures
- Basic data entry and record keeping skills
- Reliability and consistency in a process-driven role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate issues proactively
What to Expect

- Physical Activity: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
- Cold Storage: Comfort working in refrigerated/freezer environments
