Job Title: Materials Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator (Construction)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Bilingual (Spanish/ English) Materials Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support our construction operations. This role is critical in keeping projects on track by managing the timely ordering and coordination of construction materials from local distributors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and communicates effectively with both vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and coordinate delivery of construction materials from local suppliers
• Track material orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Communicate with project managers, vendors, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries
• Assist with scheduling and logistics to support ongoing projects
• Proactively identify potential supply issues and provide solutions

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and problem-solving independently
• Proficient in Google Docs and general computer systems

Preferred (Not Required):

• Construction or building materials knowledge
• Efficient in Google Docs 
• Well Organized, Motivated Multitasker who can handle a fast paced environment  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
