Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient care. This role requires teamwork and strong communication skills along with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality therapy services in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
• Provide hands-on patient care including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state PTA license
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and teams
