As a Bicycle Salesperson in a standalone bike shop, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. You will assist customers with their bicycle needs, manage sales transactions, and ensure the store is well-merchandised to attract and engage shoppers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bicycles and accessories tailored to their needs
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain attractive and organized store merchandising
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries
• Offer price quotations and product information
• Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge of bicycles
• 1+ years experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail sales and customer service best practices
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
