As our brand continues to scale, we’re looking to bring on a TikTok Live Sales Host to help drive the next phase of growth. This role will start as part-time, with strong potential to expand as the company grows. High performers will have the opportunity to grow with the brand and directly benefit from that growth.
Unlike most brands hiring for this role, we don’t just put you in front of a camera—we invest in your success. You’ll receive hands-on training in live selling, conversion strategy, and product positioning, along with direct access to experienced e-commerce operators and executives.
Overview
Join our team as a TikTok Live Sales Host, where you will engage live audiences and drive real-time sales through TikTok Shop. This is a performance-driven role at the intersection of sales, content, and customer experience.
You’ll act as a key face of The Glam Kit—building trust with viewers, showcasing products, and converting engagement into revenue through high-energy, on-camera selling.
Responsibilities
Live Selling & Hosting
- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to promote and sell products in real time
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently
- Drive conversions through strong calls-to-action, urgency, and product storytelling
Audience Engagement
- Interact with viewers via live chat, answering questions and handling objections
- Build rapport and create an entertaining, high-energy shopping experience
- Turn engagement into sales through conversational selling
Sales Performance
- Actively drive add-to-cart and checkout behavior during live sessions
- Track performance (views, engagement, conversions) and adjust approach in real time
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
Preparation & Content
- Prepare for live sessions (product knowledge, offers, talking points)
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, formats, and live shopping strategies
- Assist in creating short-form clips or content from live sessions (preferred)
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (required)
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Live, and TikTok Shop
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- High energy, outgoing personality, and ability to think quickly on your feet
Preferred:
- Experience with livestream selling or content creation
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or e-commerce
- Proven ability to hit sales targets or drive revenue
- Passion for jewelry and accessories
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay ($20–$30/hour depending on experience)
- Extremely generous performance-based commission and bonuses
