Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bicycle Mechanic to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, providing customer with quotes to repair, repairing, and assembling new bikes to ensure optimal operational performance. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with hand tools. The Mechanic will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues on customer bikes our in house processes and techniques
• Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on bikes
• Conduct diagnostice assessments to identify potential problems and provide customers with a thorough breakdown of findings and suggestions
• Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete service tasks
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs performed
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role with strong mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency with hand tools required for repair and maintenance tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to bike repair and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanics is preferred but not mandatory
