If you’re a controls engineer who enjoys taking projects from concept through commissioning and wants to work on varied, custom automation systems—this could be a strong fit.

Our client is a well-established, family-owned automation integrator (in business since 1944) delivering turnkey and custom solutions across multiple industries. Their engineers are hands-on and involved in the full lifecycle and not siloed into one phase.

• Design and develop control systems for automated equipment
• Program PLCs (primarily Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) and develop HMI applications
• Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning (~25% travel)
• Work across full lifecycle: design → integration → startup
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and system layouts

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience
• PLC programming experience (Rockwell preferred), HMI, SCADA exposure
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and industrial automation environments
• Understanding of NEC and UL 508A
