We’re looking for someone who’s good with tools and enjoys figuring out why things aren’t working.

This role is a mix of:
• Troubleshooting equipment over the phone and email
• Walking customers through fixes step-by-step
• Light hands-on work in our warehouse (shipping/receiving, basic setup)

You might be a fit if you’ve worked in:
Appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, auto/mechanic work, or general maintenance

What matters most:
You can diagnose problems, think on your feet, and explain things clearly

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no nights or weekends)
• Brookfield location
