Cloverhill Flowers is a specialty cut flower farm based in Georgina since 2016. We focus on sustainable growing methods to help preserve the health of the ecosystem, while providing a product that is of the utmost quality and freshness. We offer seasonally inspired floral bouquets and arrangements for curbside pick up or delivery. Our bouquet subscriptions and floral design workshops run throughout the summer.

Job description (CANADA SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM)

We're hiring!! Are you 30 or younger & looking for some unique work experience? Consider applying for a field assistant role with us! You'll get hands-on experience working on a sustainable flower and vegetable farm. Participate in the completion of daily tasks, such as planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, general property maintenance, post harvest preparations of flowers with the possibility of involvement in floral design, workshops and social media. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team for the 2026 season.

To Be Eligible:

• Must be between 15-30 years of age
• Have a valid SIN (Social Insurance Number)
• Be legally able to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will be energetic and motivated to learn new skills
• Have an interest in agriculture with some horticultural and gardening knowledge
• Enjoy working outdoors in different weather conditions and able to do physical labour
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Self motivated individual with a strong work ethic
