Maryland Healthcare Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C/LICSW) to provide high-quality mental health services and clinical leadership. If you are passionate about client care, supervision, and program development, we invite you to apply.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Social Worker, you will provide advanced therapeutic services, conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, and supervise graduate-level clinicians. This role blends direct client care with leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality, community-based behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Deliver services in office, community, and telehealth settings
  • Provide clinical supervision to LGPC/LMSW therapists
  • Review and approve clinical documentation for quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PRP, psychiatry, case management)
  • Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active Maryland LCSW-C or LICSW license
  • Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply
  • Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Maryland (or willing to obtain eligibility if newly licensed)

Preferred:

  • Experience in community mental health or PRP programs
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Training in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care)
  • Bilingual or multicultural experience
