Maryland Healthcare Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C/LICSW) to provide high-quality mental health services and clinical leadership. If you are passionate about client care, supervision, and program development, we invite you to apply.
Position Overview
As a Licensed Social Worker, you will provide advanced therapeutic services, conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, and supervise graduate-level clinicians. This role blends direct client care with leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality, community-based behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Deliver services in office, community, and telehealth settings
- Provide clinical supervision to LGPC/LMSW therapists
- Review and approve clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PRP, psychiatry, case management)
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Maryland LCSW-C or LICSW license
- Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Maryland (or willing to obtain eligibility if newly licensed)
Preferred:
- Experience in community mental health or PRP programs
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Training in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care)
- Bilingual or multicultural experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $60.00 – $100.00 per hour
