As a Locum Support Worker, you’ll provide practical and emotional care to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex backgrounds. You’ll be there at some of the most vulnerable moments in people’s lives, helping them regain independence, stability, and confidence.

You’ll:

Deliver personal, emotional, and practical support in line with individual care plans.

Support service users with day-to-day living, including meals, cleaning, and social activities.

Encourage independence and promote positive daily routines.

Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication across the team.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Observe, monitor, and report on service users’ wellbeing and respond appropriately to any concerns.

Assist with transitions from secure settings to supported or independent living.
