We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to support daily spice production and packaging operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate packaging standards, supporting inventory flow, and ensuring all spice products meet company quality requirements.

This position may involve remote coordination tasks along with operational support depending on assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, mixing, and packaging spice blends according to company recipes
• Label products accurately and ensure proper packaging standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following food safety guidelines
• Monitor packaging materials and report supply shortages
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards
• Track packaging counts and update daily production logs
• Coordinate with shipping teams to prepare outgoing orders
• Support inventory tracking and restocking processes
• Follow company food safety and handling procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable internet connection (for coordination tasks if remote)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food production or packaging
• Familiarity with labeling or inventory systems
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Knowledge of food safety practices (a plus)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional weekend support may be required during peak seasons
