STUFT began fifteen years ago with two brothers and a hot sauce. They engaged the community with their food truck and creative food which has since grown into a thriving restaurant that just celebrated its 8th year providing live music and rad munchies. We are still family owned and operated, but have also been rapidly expanding our operation. We are are a close knit team and hoping to attract candidates to grow with us.

Our ideal candidate is team oriented! We are fast paced and high volume kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrives for shift on time and ready to work
  • Able to lift 40+ lbs.
  • Able to maintain focus and composure when working at high volume.
  • Able to work on feet for 7+ hours
  • Sets up line and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
  • Puts away food deliveries and rotates products
  • Preps ingredients per recipes while complying with food safety standards.
  • Cooks menu items requiring grilling, frying, etc. Follows recipes and portions sizes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
  • Completes necessary side work and communicates with next shift on prep needs and ordering.
