We are seeking a compassionate, reliable individual to provide friendly companionship and social support for young adult on autism spectrum, high functioning.

About the Role:
This is a per diem position focused on building a positive connection with the individual. The companion will support him during social outings by providing consistent engagement, conversation, and encouragement. The goal is to help Ethan connect with others and work toward developing meaningful relationships.

Schedule:

• Flexible availability preferred
• Per diem (as needed basis)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nonjudgmental, empathetic companionship
• Actively engage and interact with Ethan during outings
• Support social interactions and help foster connections
• Assist with transportation when needed

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and nonjudgmental attitude
• Reliable and consistent
• Willing to commit for at least one year
• Valid driver’s license required (for transportation)
• Must pass background clearance

Compensation:

• $30 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement when driving Ethan
