Job Title: Business Research & Pre-Sales Intern (US Market)Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for driven graduates who are genuinely interested in understanding how AI can transform business operations.

This role involves interacting directly with small and mid-sized businesses—both in person and remotely—to understand how they operate, where they face challenges, the technology and software they currently use, and their approach to implementing new solutions. Your insights will directly support Business Development and shape how solutions are positioned to clients.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role that requires initiative, curiosity, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry and company-level research across small and medium-sized businesses
  • Engage with business owners/managers via in-person visits and remote conversations
  • Independently initiate and lead conversations with business owners to gather meaningful insights
  • Understand and document:
  • Business operations and workflows
  • Key challenges and bottlenecks
  • Existing tools and software being used
  • Manpower dependencies and operational gaps
  • Level of technology adoption and openness to new solutions
  • Identify opportunities where AI or mobile solutions can create value
  • Perform basic scoping based on business needs
  • Maintain structured reports and actionable insights
  • Support Sales & Business Development teams with research-backed inputs

  • Graduate (any discipline; business or tech inclination is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage confidently in real business conversations
  • Curious and observant mindset—able to ask relevant, thoughtful questions
  • Willingness to conduct both field visits and remote interactions
