Mountain Air Ranch | 2026 High Season

Mountain Air Ranch is seeking a subcontractor to operate the Lost Bikini Grill during the 2026 high season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful outdoor environment and wants to run their own small seasonal food business.

Season:
Saturday May 23rd through Sunday September 6th, 2026
(Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)

Required Hours of Operation

Saturdays
Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Sundays
Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Additional hours and special event opportunities may be available throughout the season.

Subcontractor Requirements

• Food service and food preparation experience
• Desire to be self-employed and responsible for every aspect of your own business
• Ability to manage menu planning, food purchasing, and daily operations
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment

What Mountain Air Ranch Provides

• Use of the Lost Bikini Grill kitchen and existing equipment
• Maintenance of all existing equipment
• Utilities paid
• An RV site for the subcontractor during the season

Subcontractor Provides

• Their own RV for the site
• All food inventory and operating supplies
• Management of daily operations

Compensation

The subcontractor retains all profits from operating the grill.

This is a unique opportunity to run a seasonal grill in a relaxed, friendly resort setting with a loyal community of members and guests.
