The Bridge Project seeks to give every baby in the US a fair start in life. Launched in June 2021 by The Monarch Foundation, The Bridge Project (TBP) is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports household stability, maternal health, and healthy infant development through the provision of consistent, unrestricted direct cash to low-income mothers and children.
The Bridge Project is currently serving more than 3,000 babies and their mothers across several states, including New York, Wisconsin, Connecticut, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Nebraska.
We are working to address child poverty through dignity, trust, and direct cash support. The Bridge Project has been profiled in The New York Times, CBS, NY1-Spectrum News, Bloomberg, Live with Kelly and Ryan, and MarketWatch, among others. The Bridge Project was additionally one of Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas of 2022.
