Hiring immediately! Love working outside? Love gardening? Soak up the sun and smell the flowers while maintaining about 50 residential gardens in Bend plus cleanups and garden installations. Badass women especially encouraged to apply. Position is seasonal, with a flexible work schedule mostly weekdays 8:30-5 (set your own schedule/hours after orientation), March through early December. This is a FINE GARDENING position, not mow and blow, requiring reliability, high standards and attention to detail.
Starting pay $20 per hour, negotiable depending upon experience, up to $30/h upon demonstrated performance, independence, and duties. Can lead to supervisory and/or managerial position ($35/h) if we are a good fit.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain a variety of annuals, perennials, vines, shrubs, and trees, ensuring optimal growth through proper maintenance techniques.
Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding and trimming.
Operate and maintain tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects and respond to client needs.
Drive to various job sites as required, adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience, knowledge, and skills growing ornamental plants and landscapes
Own and skillfully use your own hand tools: pruners, weeding tool, rake, bag.
Self-starter, motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset, collaborative, professional
Interested in learning proper techniques and responsive to feedback
Enjoy working solo and as a team while also having fun
Attention to detail
Reliable, honest, friendly, helpful
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs short distances, work in outdoor temperatures, safety oriented
Reliable transportation (a truck is a bonus!) and valid drivers license
Smartphone for communication and time sheet app
Maintain clean and professional appearance and demeanor
Pass a background check
