Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, pastries, and specialty items, following established recipes and quality standards
• Serve customers at the counter with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery or café area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing, packaging, and assembling orders with precision and care
• Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, sanitation, and adherence to safety protocols
• Support catering events or special orders by preparing large quantities of baked goods or beverages as needed

Skills

• Strong culinary experience with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices
• Fine dining or restaurant experience that emphasizes quality presentation and excellent service standards
• Proficiency in food handling, knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene
• Experience in catering or serving large groups while maintaining efficiency and professionalism
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction
