Building Manager / Leasing & Front Office CoordinatorPosition Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Building Manager to oversee daily operations of a commercial office building while also assisting with apartment leasing and tenant relations. This role combines property management, leasing support, and front desk responsibilities, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, guests, and prospective renters.

 

 

Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office building

     
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors

     
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion

     
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain appearance and safety

     
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, landscaping, repairs, etc.)

     
  • Ensure compliance with building policies and procedures

     

Leasing & Apartment Management

  • Assist with marketing available apartment units

     
  • Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants

     
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person

     
  • Process rental applications, screenings, and lease documentation

     
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs

     
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and leasing files

     

Front Desk / Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients professionally

     
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

     
  • Manage mail, package deliveries, and outgoing correspondence

     
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/front office area

     
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

     

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support preferred

     
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

     
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

     
  • Experience with property management software is a plus

     
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
