Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to run a maintenance route in Central Florida.

This is NOT an entry-level position. You must be able to lead a crew, work efficiently, and handle jobs without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run daily lawn maintenance route (mowing, edging, blowing, trimming)
• Lead and manage 1–3 crew members
• Ensure jobs are completed clean, fast, and professionally
• Drive company truck and manage equipment
• Handle basic client interactions when needed
• Report issues, damages, or delays
• Maintain quality control across all properties

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years lawn maintenance experience
• Experience running a crew (FOREMAN experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• Experience with stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
• Must be reliable (show up ON TIME every day)
• Ability to work in Florida heat
• Strong attention to detail

• Landscaping experience (mulch, plants, installs)
