Key Responsibilities
Create and publish short-form videos on TikTok based on provided guidelines

Participate in campaigns and maintain consistent posting activity

Compensation
Earn per video posted through NBG incentive structure
Additional 5% commission on bookings generated through your content
Top performers can earn up to $2,500/month depending on activity and performance
