Job Summary
Store Manager will actively manage a specific location or assist in alternate locations. Job includes staffing, training, managing, inventory, sales, Cleanliness, following all proper procedures, and working with customers throughout the day.

40 hour work week with Tips included in pay.

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of food and beverage items.
• Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and foster team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience in supervising staff, including training and performance management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A current Manager Serve Safe Food Handlers Certificate
