We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media/Media Production, Public Relations, or Advertising to assist with structured content and administrative tasks on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media and audience engagement but is also comfortable working within clear direction and executing pre-defined tasks. The position focuses on supporting content creation, organization, and digital execution across platforms. Clear direction and expectations will be provided. Interest in music, storytelling, or digital content creation is strongly preferred. Training will be provided during the first couple of weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and formatting social media content (posts, captions, reels)
  • Follow structured guidelines to execute content consistently
  • Help organize and manage digital assets (images, videos, drafts)
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms
  • Support basic content editing (short-form video, reels, simple visuals)
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging
  • Complete administrative and repetitive tasks with attention to detail

Schedule:

  • 1-2 days per week (5-10 hours)
  • Consistent weekly schedule preferred
  • Tasks will be provided in batches at the start of each shift

Ideal Candidate:

  • Current student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media/Media Production, Public Relations, or Advertising
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Comfortable creating or assisting with reels and short-form content
  • Able to follow instructions closely while maintaining awareness of audience tone
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

     

Pay: $17–$19/hour

Training Rate: $15–$17/hour
