About the Role:

We’re hiring reliable, outgoing team members to help run our kayak rental operation and assist with outdoor events. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be working directly with customers and spending most of your time outside on the water.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and launch kayak & paddleboard rentals 
• Help customers get fitted, briefed, and safely on the water 
• Assist with guided tours and special events (sunset paddles, group outings, etc.) 
• Carry and move kayaks/gear (this is physical) 
• Keep the dock, shop, and equipment clean and organized 
• Provide a fun, high-energy customer experience 

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working outdoors all day 
• Strong people skills (friendly, talkative, helpful) 
• MUST be available weekends 
• Able to lift and carry kayaks (40–80 lbs) 
• Punctual and dependable 

Bonus (not required):

• Kayaking/paddleboarding experience 
• Interest in fitness, outdoors, or tourism 

Pay:

$16.94–$19/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Part-time / Seasonal (Spring–Fall)
Weekend availability required
