We are looking for a highly technical and creative Video Producer to lead our production department. This role is responsible for overseeing and controlling the technical and artistic aspects of high-end commercial, industrial, and branded video projects. You will lead the production lifecycle from initial conceptualization and script interpretation to advanced 3D motion graphics and final post-production delivery.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the technical staff, including camera operators, and 3D artists, to ensure all production standards and artistic treatments are met.
• Production Oversight: Plan, organize, and control the various stages and scheduling involved in the production of video presentations, motion pictures, and commercial content.
• Technical Directing: Interpret scripts and direct the "mise-en-scène"; select and direct the technical crew and advise on the delivery of performances.
• Advanced Visuals: Coordinate and direct photography, including the selection of cinema-grade lenses, camera angles, and lighting setups to achieve desired visual effects.
• 3D Workflow Leadership: Lead the creation and integration of complex 3D assets and environments for industrial visualization projects using Blender.
• Post-Production Management: Oversee and execute high-end video editing and color grading to ensure thematic and technical continuity across all outputs.

Employment Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a technical or production occupation in video, film, or broadcasting is required.
• Technical Mastery: Proven expert-level proficiency in Blender 3D and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrated experience operating cinema-grade camera systems (e.g., RED, ARRI, Canon, Sony, or Blackmagic) and advanced studio lighting/grip equipment.
• Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required (substantial professional experience of 10+ years is required in lieu of formal education).
