Lady on the Roof is the #1 Locally Woman-Owned Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Commercial and Residential Roofing Specialist. Our mission is to make a difference in building rehab and roof replacement. 

We are seeking student trainees for part-time, paid internships/apprenticeships to train in general construction and roofing sales.

Female students are especially encouraged to apply.

Training is available in:

• Roofing, gutter, siding construction and installation.
• Sales of roofing, gutter, siding services.

Requirements for construction trainees:

1. Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
3. Ability to take direction
4. Understanding of basic hand tools
5. Ability to work outside; handle inclement weather
6. Understanding of basic safety precautions
