Intern
- Summary: Support a local Democratic congressional campaign with social media planning, content creation, and digital communications. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in political communications, digital marketing, and civic engagement.
- Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms
- Assist with online engagement, comment moderation, and community outreach
- Compile weekly analytics and provide simple reports
- Help draft messaging, press lists, and outreach materials
- Conduct brief policy topic research to support campaign communications
- Support virtual events and volunteer coordination as needed
- Qualifications:
- Enrolled in college/university or recent graduate (Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related)
- Strong writing and editing skills; familiarity with major social platforms
