The Sailing School Manager will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the sailing school, including 
student and member engagement, 
instructor management, 
student enrollment, 
club memberships, 
sailing vacations, 
corporate events and more. 
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sailing, leadership, and a program development.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, and manage all sailing school programs and activities.
• Supervise sailing instructors and staff.
• Ensure all programs adhere to safety standards and best practices
• Work with maintenance staff to manage the school’s fleet of boats and equipment.
• Oversee student registration, scheduling, and communication.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
• Promote the school’s programs through community engagement and marketing efforts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience
• Sailing experience.
• Previous management or leadership experience 
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiar with boat operating systems, including rigging and mechanical equipment
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
