Turn is our busiest (and most exciting) time of year where we prepare apartments for new residents moving in. You’ll get hands-on experience in:
🔧 Maintenance Support – light repairs, painting, prepping units
📝 Inspection Support – walking units, documenting conditions
🏢 Office Assistance – organizing, key prep, move-in coordination

💰 $15/hour + Overtime Available
📅 May 15 – August 19

⏰ Hours ramp up in August with GUARANTEED OVERTIME from 7/31–8/19 – perfect for stacking extra cash before fall!
