Lemon Hire LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Provide accurate information about company services and direct inquiries appropriately
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary
• Ensure office security by managing visitor access and following company procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
