Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintenance and optimization: Configure, maintain, and optimize network hardware and software, including Cisco IOS, to ensure reliable and high-performance network operations
2. Troubleshooting and support: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, providing Tier II support as needed to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity
3. Monitoring and documentation: Monitor network infrastructure for performance or reliability issues and maintain accurate, up-to-date network configuration and topology documentation
